Gordon Brown affirmed his support of the Hunting Ban today in Prime Minister’s Questions… and says that in promising repeal he believes that Cameron is making a terrible mistake, and will pay for it at the next election… it’s what we’re saying! What a relief to hear it said from the top – whatever Labour’s faults they do not condone hunting. He also ridiculed the proposed regulatory quango… the one that promises ‘to prevent unecessary cruelty’ and stop foxes being killed ‘in inappropriate places’ – not sure what is an appropriate place – presumably where no-one can see.
