In spite of a lot of hard work beforehand, I felt under-prepared and full of too much to say and ask, and at one point accidentally went into a diatribe, but Steve Harris gave us a wonderful interview packed with the real facts about hunting, about foxes. It was so good to be in a place where animals are studied with positive energy and respect for the truth, and of course the facts as they emerge, one after the other expose the myths surrounding and justifying hunting. Are hounds like wolves when they chase foxes, as the pro-hunting vets group claim? No, not really. Not really, not at all! In fact, as Professor Harris said, crisply and with vehemence – ‘Twoddle!’
